im desperate 4 a job im 15 in 2 weeks and really wanna start earning some cash!


im very eager to work and have alot of energy!


i Live in Limerick,Ireland


does anyone know of any jobs 4 under 16's??


we dont have paper rounds or dog walkers and stuff like that!!


or even if there is someone from around Limerick willing to give me a job please? im desperate and great to work with??

id say u cud get a job in a pub as a not behind the bar bar girl (whats the word?), getting paid under the counter. i know thats wat some of my friends did. otherwise, i started in spar when i was 15. it helps to know people tho.





otherwise, hairdressers as a hair sweeper/washer. or babysitter.

Reply:You're going to have to get on your feet, make yourself look tidy and presentable, type up your CV and make lots of copies, and start walking the streets to find a job. Keep smiling and being friendly, and very important - DON'T OVERDO THE MAKE-UP. I've seen fifteen-year-old girls around Limerick and honestly, they look like prostitudes with the amount of slap they put on. Sorry, but you want a decent job, you have to look decent. This is me being honest here.





Legally you cannot be employed for more than 16 hours per week, if my memory serves me correctly. Don't lie about your age, you might be caught out and be seen as dishonest. Anyway, any more working hours than 16 and you won't be able to concentrate on your schoolwork, which at your age is the most important thing.
