Peying jobs for kids...?

im 13 yrs old and i want a job...im saving up so i can buy a car when im 16 but at the rate im goin,..that isnt gonna happen lol.

most jobs in my town you have to be at least 14 to work at but i just turned 13 so that wont be for another year.

i googled jobs for kids but i came up with the same ol stuff...babysitter, work around the house, pet sitting, lemonade stand, etc.

i have reasons why i cant do all of these.

what are some jobs i could do to earn money

Peying jobs for kids...?
I was earning money when I was 10 years old. When I was 12, I used to help put together newspapers on Sunday morning. I started at 2 am and I'd be done at 5 am. They would pay me $20, a soda, and a doughnut. If there was extra papers, I would get more. Sometimes I'd help other people out, too.

Those weekly delivery papers that are classifieds, you could try and find someone that delivers those and ask them about letting you stick the papers in the plastic bags for them. I would get $10 for a job that would take me an hour each week. I'd do this two days/week and earn about $50.

Another job. If there's a ice cream truck place in your area, go down there and offer to clean out the boxes in their trucks for $4. Most of the time, they're tired after a long day and will gladly pay you this. I drove a ice cream truck for one year a couple years ago, I used to take a girl I babysat with me. Not only did she make money helping me on the ice cream truck, she'd make another $40-$50 cleaning out the boxes in the ice cream truck. That would take her an hour. Sometimes she'd get a tip too!

During school, find little things to sell to students and friends. Just don't get caught. I used to buy packages of gum and sell a stick of gum for 15 cents each. I would also find little toys such as rubber band guns from the bubble machines at walmart and the grocery store for 50 cents. I'd sell them for $1 each.

I also used to roll up little pieces of paper that everyone would shoot at each other with rubber bands. I would make about $20/day on those alone. I was 11 when I did that! I sold them for 2 cents each, and they had to get at least 25. I had about 40 students buying them from me, the only rule was they couldn't shoot me.

So, there's lots of stuff you can do. Plus you have the usual stuff, babysitting, weeding, yard work, cleaning. You can make cookies and sell them, sell lemonade.

You're also in Florida. Go to the beach and sell stuff to the tourists. They'll buy anything. I grew up in Port Charlotte, on the other side of Florida. Take some cookies around and sell them on the beach to the people, or popcicles, you'll be rich!
