I am a high school student right now, and I am just starting to look into possible careers. I have been considering an international job, but I do not know what exactly I would want to do. I know for sure that I want to work with people (as I am sure most all international jobs are). I wouldn't mind living stateside (and traveling) or abroad. Any input on interesting or rewarding jobs would be great. Willing to learn about lots of different types of international jobs, I just don't want to join the army.
International Jobs?
Definitely speak with your counselor.
But, I've attached a website that might help out.
On the business side of things, you can get a job as a Senior Purchasing Agent for a company. Most likely you will travel to different places of the world meeting potential clients, reviewing products etc.
Some other jobs are working on a cruise ship, or being a flight attendant.
Reply:Have you asked your school counselor? There are a lot job opportunities for your category. It is understood that you are trying to find your passion in the field of work so many of them are very flexible and helpful. Start by knowing your strengths and weaknesses, the subjects in school you find easy and you are good at and see how they can apply to work and the ones that you are not and stay away from that if is too big a challenge... If your school doesn't have the programs contact other schools till you find what you are looking for...
