What jobs is a 15 1/2 year old girl qualified for?

I live in California and im a girl, im going to be 15 1/2 in the summer and im planning to get a job. I promised I would pay for half of my car $$$. I just dont want to go to the job interveiw and have them laugh n be like "ur kidding me rite?" Cause I really dont look like im 15. PS: please no fast food jobs..gross! n also, some job finding websites would be nice too!

Yeah, I read what you said - get over it. If you want a car, you can stop being a prima donna, swallow your pride, and do what has to be done. Besides, it will look good on your resume that you were willing to take a job that you may not have liked, got promotions and raises, and excelled in the job. Besides, some of the chains are VERY flexible about scheduling you around your activities. My son works for one, and he can change his schedule every week if he needs to, to allow for band, family trips, school functions, etc.
