Teen Jobs?

I'm going to help my little sister find a job (she's 14, In NY you're legally able to work at 14).

I don't know what type of job can she do though. We live in NYC.





What types of jobs can 14 year olds usually do (retail, newspaper delivery, etc.)?





Is there a place that can help me find her a job?

You can look up jobs in most cities, by going to their website and look for jobs or employment. They may not have any jobs for a 14 year old, but you may find some help there.

Reply:I worked in a summer camp at 14, but I live in Buffalo and we have lots of them near the lake. NYS labor department should be able to recommend some jobs. I would stop by the department of labor if you can. Your sisters school may also have a job board. Grocery stores sometimes hire food baggers.
Reply:WelI I actually take surveys for cash. And yes they do pay as long as you know the good ones. I have some free survey sites that are very reliable just check out my profile by clicking my name or email me for them. I only give sites that I've been paid by so you won't get scammed. They're all reliable and I've never had a problem with them. (I've been doing them for a year now) The best part is that anyone can do them and they're easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills :)
