Tech Jobs in Iraq?

I have been trying to get a job for about 9 months now. With a recession and depression coming its been very hard to get any kind of IT job. Jobs in IT are very competed for unlike any time I have ever seen and the market is flooded with out of work IT people. I have a BS degree in IT and certs but it seems worthless right now. Anyone know of a way to get a job in Iraq? (I have tried KBR and many others and nothing after trying and trying) Is there any thing that my degree can be used for? This there any way to get any kind of job where my degree counts for some thing and it not a $60,000 dollar paper in my attic.
