Working two jobs ... help please!?

I have started a new job and they specifically said I can't work two jobs and in the contract it is stated and I have signed.


They want a P45 from my old old job but I'm still working there.


My full time job is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and the other job is 4 hours on Saturdays.


I want to work Saturdays for maybe 2 weeks more.





Is there any way I can avoid the P45 or my full time employer finding out about my weekend job for 2/3 weeks?

Probably not, just tell your employer you are sorry. And also tell them that it does not interfere, and that you are just about to quit the old one. If they understand, thats great. If they don't, they would make a horrible employer anyways.
Reply:Give week-end place two week notice.  Inform full time boss that you have given notice and will give them P45 as soon as you receive.
